Aunt Julie's Blueberry Crisp Recipe

Ingredients:
2 or 3 Cups of Blueberries
1 Can of Pineapples
1 Package of Jiffy Yellow Cake Mix (If you can't find it use any brand of yellow cake mix but only 9 or 10 oz)
3/4 Cup of Sugar or Sugar Substitute
1 Stick of Butter

Directions:

 

 

.::Preheat oven to 350.
.::Spread pineapple on the bottom of a greased 13x9 baking dish, then spread blueberries on top.

 

.::Sprinkle 1/2 (or less) cup of sugar over the pineapples and blueberries.

.::Melt 1 stick of butter with 1/4 cup of sugar.
.::Pour the dry cake mix on top of the pineapples and blueberries.

.::Pour the butter-sugar mix on the top of the cake with a spoon.

.::Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.

 

.::Serve warm. A scoop of vanilla ice cream would be yummy!

 

By the way, I don't know why I always called it Blueberry Crisp because it isn't that crispy. lol. :)
